Saturday, February 28th, Impruvon went with Charles Lea Center to host staff, Direct Support Professionals (DSP), and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) receiving services at a recent Charlotte Hornets game in North Carolina.

Across the disability rights movement, Black leaders have helped move the field forward by centering equity, dignity, and self-determination. This month, Impruvon recognizes and appreciate the collective contributions of Black leaders and communities whose ongoing work continues to shape a more inclusive and equitable IDD system for everyone.
